Welcome to our one-and-only annual issue dedicated to the guys. This is a veritable Bro Fest (or what passes for one these days in our neck of the woods).
In these pages we share stories and photos that we hope EVERYBODY finds appealing because we have such a plethora of local talent in our midst. In the lead story featuring the impeccable photographic talents of our editor, Stephen Neilson, we examine a group of guys who make stuff. It’s all pretty cool since it includes pinball machines, up-cycled baseball gloves and a clever measuring device for anybody’s tool kit. Also featured this month is an interview with Tom Oar, widely known for his long stint on the History Channel show, “Mountain Men”.
Also here is a story about a collection of to-die-for golf destinations that covers a worldwide gamut of experiences (some that you know and others that are totally drool-worthy).
Finally, for the Dads, Grandpas, Sons, Brothers, Uncles and men of any stripe, there’s our first-ever “Dads & Grads Gift Guide.” For all the guys graduating, not to mention Father’s Day (June 16, hint-hint) a few local businesses share items for gift giving this month. I can imagine that any guy receiving all of these gifts is going to look terrific, smell great, watch an envy-worthy TV, display his coolest collectibles in style and keep impeccable time.
See You Around Town!
