Final Comments: Craft breweries are popping up all the time, but I’ve taken a different approach and created a destination brewery where you can relax and enjoy great handcrafted beer. While many microbreweries are located in warehouse districts and corporate parks, Buffalo Creek Brewery has transformed the former Art Studio of Long Grove into a production brewery with Bavarian themed taproom, event space for weddings and private parties, and a one-of-a-kind Biergarten. The taproom is distinctive with its cedar walls, bar made of hand hammered copper and our seating consists of a mixture of communal tables and whiskey barrel high tops. Since our grand opening, we have been a venue of choice for bridal showers, birthdays, rehearsal dinners, weddings, corporate events and holiday parties.
